Groland Return & Exchange Policy
At Groland, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Due to the nature of personal care items, our policy is designed to be fair, hygienic, and clear.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at official@groland-inc.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address.

Returns must be shipped by the customer.

Once shipped, please email us the tracking number.

Items sent to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

The product price will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for:

Damaged or defective items upon delivery.

Items that do not meet our quality standards.
If your package arrives damaged or you believe the product is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at official@groland-inc.com with the subject line "Exchange."
Please include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. For damaged items, please also provide photos of the outer package, the shipping label, and the damaged product itself. We will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Sale items and gift cards are also final and cannot be returned.
